This was my first real landscape shot that started my adventure with the photography. It gave me the confidence that I can take awesome nature pictures and was one of the best pictures I have taken for years.
It happened a few months after getting my first DSLR cameras – Nikon D90. The lens I used here was the Tokina 11-16 f/2.8 – an amazing lens. My first bigger purchase after the camera itself. I knew from the very beginning that I want to get my hands on the ultra wide angle lens and this choice was excellent. I still own one today (the canon mount). The quality for the price is unbeatable.
